This VITOSAFE high-top safety shoe is designed based on military/police tactical boots, combining high-strength protection with outdoor functionality, making it a heavy-duty work shoe specifically for users operating in complex environments.
In terms of core safety, the toe cap features a European standard composite toe cap with impact resistance ≥200J, effectively protecting toes. The midsole uses a Kevlar plate (aramid fiber) with puncture resistance exceeding 1100N. Compared to traditional steel plates, Kevlar is lighter and more flexible, ensuring safety while improving walking flexibility.
For material and durability, the upper features a triple-layer composite structure: military green full-grain nubuck leather provides premium texture and excellent abrasion resistance; KPU material is used for contour shaping and reinforcement in key areas; fancy leather (decorative synthetic leather) adds structural layering and visual richness. The combination of these three materials ensures durability while enhancing overall texture. The upper stitching uses brown thread, creating a vintage workwear visual effect against the military green upper.
In terms of functionality and comfort, the high-top design effectively wraps and supports the ankle, reducing the risk of sprains when walking on rough terrain. The inner lining features a combination design: the main body uses black K208 mesh fabric, while the tongue area uses yellow K208 mesh fabric for visual contrast. The tongue and collar use military green diamond-pattern mesh fabric to enhance breathability. The insole is a black HI-POLY insole providing good resilience.
For lacing and details, the lacing system consists of 5 pairs of black eyelets + 2 pairs of black hooks, a classic configuration of traditional tactical boots, ensuring secure lacing and easy tension adjustment. The laces are black round laces with yellow 4-dot pattern, echoing the yellow accents on the shoe. The heel features a dark-colored woven pull tab for easy on/off.
For the outsole design, a PU/rubber injection outsole is used (black upper with yellow insert). The upper PU layer provides midsole cushioning, absorbing ground impact. The lower rubber outsole offers excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and slip resistance. The outsole features a deep tread structure, effectively enhancing grip on complex terrains such as mud, gravel, and grass to prevent slipping.
