This VITOSAFE safety shoe is designed specifically for workers who pursue ultimate comfort and lightweight performance – a “running shoe style” safety shoe that perfectly blends industrial-grade protection with the wearing experience of athletic shoes.
In terms of core safety, the toe cap features a built-in European standard composite toe cap with impact resistance ≥200J, effectively protecting toes from crushing injuries. The midsole uses a Kevlar plate (aramid fiber) with puncture resistance exceeding 1100N. Compared to traditional steel plates, the Kevlar plate is approximately 2/3 lighter, significantly reducing the burden on the feet and making long walks much easier.
For material and breathability, the upper features a black knitted mesh + heel TPU combination. The knitted mesh offers excellent breathability with smooth air circulation, while the heel TPU provides foot wrap and support, preventing the upper from collapsing. The collar and opening are accented with blue mesh fabric, adding color layering to the details, giving the overall appearance a highly athletic look.
For cushioning and underfoot feel – this is the shoe’s biggest highlight. The insole features a high-elasticity foam insole with a soft, sponge-like feel. The outsole uses rubber-plastic material with cold-bonding technology (rather than standard injection molding). Cold-bonded soles are generally softer and more resilient than injection-molded soles, effectively absorbing foot impact. Together with the Kevlar plate as the rigid support layer in the midsole, the overall foot feel is very close to that of professional running shoes.
In terms of details, the lacing system uses woven strap eyelets (4 pairs per shoe) for simple on/off without frequent lacing. The heel features a black woven pull tab for easy entry. The laces are black round laces of moderate length. The overall design is simple and clean.
