This VITOSAFE safety shoe is based on a classic workwear style, constructed with composite material technology, balancing the durability, protection, and comfort required for heavy industrial scenarios.
In terms of core safety, the toe cap features a European standard fiberglass toe cap (glass fiber material) with impact resistance ≥200J. Compared to traditional steel toe caps, the fiberglass toe cap is lighter, non-thermally conductive, and non-electrically conductive, making it suitable for electrical work requiring insulation protection or metal-sensitive environments. The midsole uses a Kevlar plate (aramid fiber) with puncture resistance exceeding 1100N, which is lighter and more flexible than traditional steel plates, ensuring foot safety while maintaining walking flexibility.
For material and durability, the upper features a triple-layer composite structure: black Oxford fabric provides basic abrasion resistance and breathability; black brushed microfiber covers high-wear areas such as the toe cap and heel, enhancing scratch resistance; TPU seamless material is used for contour shaping and reinforcement, keeping the upper firm and resistant to deformation. The combination of these three materials ensures durability while enhancing overall texture.
In terms of functionality and comfort, the inner lining uses dark green K208 mesh fabric, the tongue is black mesh fabric, and the collar is black elastic fabric, paired with a black HI-POLY insole, providing good breathability and rebound cushioning. The heel features a black with dark green woven pull tab for easy on/off. The laces are black round laces with grey 4-dot pattern, paired with a black hook + eyelet closure system for easy adjustment and secure lockdown.
For the outsole design, a PU/rubber two-color injection outsole is used (black upper with dark green lower layer). The upper PU layer provides midsole cushioning, absorbing ground impact. The lower rubber outsole offers excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and slip resistance. The outsole tread pattern is wide and deep, effectively channeling away mud and water, enhancing grip on wet or oily surfaces. The overall style is mature and sturdy, making it an ideal choice for heavy industry, mechanical processing, logistics, and warehousing scenarios.
