This VITOSAFE high-top safety shoe is designed specifically for outdoor work, mountain construction, and tactical scenarios, combining industrial-grade protection with outdoor boot functionality.
In terms of core safety, the toe cap features a built-in European standard composite toe cap with impact resistance ≥200J, effectively protecting toes. The midsole uses a Kevlar plate (aramid fiber) with puncture resistance exceeding 1100N, which is lighter and more flexible than traditional steel plates, making long walks easier.
For material and durability, the upper uses microfiber + TPU seamless technology. Microfiber leather offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance, while TPU material provides structural support and reinforcement in key areas (such as the toe cap and sides), preventing upper deformation. Combined with seamless technology, the upper remains structured and easy to clean. The shoe body features an outdoor color-block design in cream white + teal + black, giving a rugged visual appearance.
In terms of functionality and comfort, the high-top design effectively wraps and supports the ankle, reducing the risk of sprains when walking on rough terrain. The inner lining uses black K208 mesh fabric, paired with black HI-POLY insoles, providing good breathability and resilience. The lacing system uses grey woven strap eyelets + hooks, paired with black woven laces, ensuring easy on/off and secure lockdown. The heel features a grey reflective strip woven pull tab, providing additional visibility at night or in low-light conditions.
For the outsole design, EVA + rubber cold-bonded construction is used. The EVA midsole provides lightweight cushioning, reducing foot impact. The rubber outsole offers excellent grip and abrasion resistance, adapting to various complex surfaces such as gravel, mud, and concrete.
