This safety shoe is designed based on European safety standards and a sporty, lightweight concept, making it an ideal work shoe that combines both safety and comfort.

In terms of core safety, the shoe features a built-in European standard composite steel toe cap with impact resistance ≥200J, effectively protecting against falling or crushing hazards. The midsole uses a Kevlar (aramid fiber) plate instead of traditional steel. While achieving puncture resistance of ≥1100N, it significantly reduces the weight of the sole, improves foot flexibility, and is better suited for prolonged walking and standing.

Regarding materials and construction, the upper combines microfiber with TPU seamless technology. The microfiber leather offers excellent abrasion resistance, while the TPU material provides shaping and support. Together with seamless construction, the upper remains firm and structured without collapsing and is easier to clean than mesh. The collar and tongue are lined with white and orange mesh fabric to ensure a snug fit around the ankle.

In terms of comfort and cushioning, the inner lining uses orange K208 mesh fabric for excellent breathability. The insole is a black HI-POLY insole, which is soft and resilient, helping to relieve foot pressure. The outsole features dual-density PU/PU injection molding: the upper white/black part provides cushioning, while the lower orange rubber part offers grip and abrasion resistance. The lacing system combines orange woven strap loops and eyelets, paired with orange and black woven laces for a youthful and energetic look.

In terms of details, a custom brand logo can be placed on the side of the upper (the specific brand is not indicated in the development sheet, but the structure is confirmed). Both the tongue pull tab and the heel pull tab are designed in orange woven material for easy on and off. The overall silhouette is streamlined, balancing industrial practicality with the trendy look of traditional athletic shoes.
