This VITOSAFE safety shoe takes the outdoor off-road boot as its design prototype, combining industrial-grade protection with outdoor sports functionality, making it suitable for users working in complex terrain.
In terms of core safety, the toe cap features a European standard fiberglass toe cap (glass fiber material) with impact resistance ≥200J for effective impact protection. Compared to steel toe caps, the fiberglass toe cap is lighter, non-thermally conductive, and non-electrically conductive, making it suitable for scenarios requiring metal sensitivity or insulation protection. The midsole uses a Kevlar plate (aramid fiber) with puncture resistance exceeding 1100N, approximately 2/3 lighter than traditional steel plates, ensuring foot safety while significantly reducing overall shoe weight.
For material and durability, the upper combines grey Oxford fabric with KPU. Oxford fabric offers high abrasion resistance, light weight, and breathability. KPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is used for shaping the shoe contours and reinforcing key areas, enhancing upper support and tear resistance while preventing deformation after prolonged flexing.
In terms of functionality and details, the inner lining features a拼接 design: the main body uses black K208 mesh fabric, while the rear collar and tongue area use orange K208 mesh fabric, creating visual contrast and enhancing a youthful, energetic look. The toe area lining uses white non-woven fabric to protect the toe region. The heel features an orange-with-black woven pull tab for easy on/off. The laces are black-with-orange 3-dot round laces, echoing the overall color scheme.
For the outsole design, a PU rubber injection outsole is used (black upper with black-orange lower layer). The upper PU layer provides midsole cushioning, absorbing ground impact. The lower rubber outsole offers excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and slip resistance. The outsole tread features deep teeth patterns that effectively enhance grip on complex terrains such as mud, gravel, and grass, making it suitable for outdoor work, construction, mountain patrols, and various other environments.
